Terms of Use

Polozi Social · Version 1, in force since 13 August 2026

Courtesy translation. This English version is provided for convenience. The service is operated by a Brazilian company under Brazilian law, and the Portuguese version is the binding one. In case of divergence, the Portuguese text prevails.

1. What it is

Polozi Social connects your Instagram professional account to your working environment (Claude Code or Codex) and publishes to it the content you create and approve. Operated by VIDA PLENA TREINAMENTOS LTDA, CNPJ 20.329.336/0001-00.

2. Who may use it

Students with an active enrolment in the Mestre das IAs course, over 18 years of age, who are the legitimate holders of the connected Instagram account. Connecting someone else's account without authorization is prohibited and leads to immediate suspension.

The account must be professional (Business or Creator) — a requirement from Meta itself. Stories via API work only on Business accounts.

Polozi Social is a benefit included in the Mestre das IAs enrolment, with no separate price and no separate charge. It is not sold separately. It may be modified or discontinued under the conditions of section 9, without changing what you contracted in the course and without creating any right to a refund of the course.

3. You are responsible for what you publish

All published content is authored by you and is your sole responsibility. We are the means of transmission, not the author and not an editorial reviewer.

You declare that you hold the necessary rights over what you publish — including text, images, video, music and third-party trademarks.

Instagram may reduce reach, remove content or restrict your account if it considers that its rules were violated. That decision is Meta's, not ours, and we can neither reverse nor predict it. Publishing via API does not increase or decrease that risk compared to publishing from the app — but high volume, repeated content and automation without curation do increase it, which is why we apply the limits in section 5.

4. Approval is always yours

No publication goes out without your explicit approval, recorded with date, time and a cryptographic digest of the approved content. If the published content diverges from what you approved, the operation is refused.

You should not approve content you have not read. Artificial intelligence tools may draft and assemble the material, but the decision to publish is human, and it is yours.

5. Usage limits

We apply a daily cap per student, a minimum interval between publications, a reduced cap in the first days after connecting, and blocking of duplicate content.

This is not a commercial restriction: Instagram limits API calls based on the account's audience, and a new account or one with a small audience has a very low limit. Our caps exist so that you hit our limit — with a warning and a deadline — instead of hitting Meta's, which responds with a block.

We may temporarily suspend your connection if we detect a usage pattern that puts your account or the operation of the service at risk.

6. Availability

The service depends on the Instagram API, which is operated by Meta and may change, become unavailable or restrict access without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that a specific publication will be accepted by Meta.

Failures are logged and reported to you with the reason.

7. Disconnecting

At any time, through the disconnect command in your project or directly on Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Disconnecting deletes the access authorization immediately and interrupts any pending publication.

Withdrawing consent does not affect your enrolment in the course.

8. Our liability

We are liable for failures attributable to our service, within the limits of applicable law. We are not liable for: Meta's moderation decisions, content published by you, unavailability of the Instagram API, or use of your account by a third party to whom you granted access.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with 30 days' prior notice. We may terminate the service with 30 days' prior notice, keeping access to deletion of your data during and after that period.

We may suspend your access immediately in case of use that violates these terms, Meta's policies or the law.

10. Personal data

Processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Meta Platform Data

By using Polozi Social you access, through it, data from Meta's platform — Platform Data — such as the ID and username of your Instagram account, the account type, the IDs and permalinks of the publications created, and the publishing limit information returned by the API.

You undertake not to process Platform Data in violation of the Meta Platform Terms (developers.facebook.com/terms) and Meta's Developer Policies. In particular, you may not:

We act as a Tech Provider for Meta: we process Platform Data exclusively under your instruction and to provide this service to you, we keep each student's data segregated from the others, and we end access when you disconnect. We do not sell Platform Data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not use it to train models.

Breach of this section authorizes the immediate suspension of your access, and may be reported to Meta when it requires so.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law.

The courts of Valinhos/SP, the operator's registered office, are elected to settle disputes arising from these terms — without prejudice to the student's right, as a consumer, to bring an action in the courts of their own domicile, under article 101, I, of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
